Where and how to buy a share?

To purchase securities of funds under the management of Asset Management Company PIOGLOBAL Ukraine (hereinafter AMC PIOGLOBAL Ukraine) from regional agents, it will be necessary to:

Prepare an application for the purchase of the fund’s shares. The application may be filled by yourself or you may address the placement agent to AMC PIOGLOBAL Ukraine for this purpose.

—

Open a securities account.

—

Give a pack of documents to the placement agent. The composition of the pack depends on whether the buyer is an individual or a legal entity.

—

The specialist of the company, being the securities placement agent of AMC PIOGLOBAL Ukraine’s funds, will prepare the securities sale and purchase agreements, which you should sign.

Within 7 days following payment of the price for the securities, the latter will be remitted to your securities account.

Composition of pack of documents for:

Individuals:

—

Passport;

—

Identification code assignment certificate;

—

Certificate of opening account with securities custodian;

—

Certificate of opening a bank account (if any).

Legal entities:

—

Notarized copy of state registration certificate;

—

Notarized copies of the charter and amendments (supplements) thereto;

—

Document evidencing the appointment of officials entitled to act on behalf of the legal entity without power of attorney;

—

Notarized copy of the license (if issued by the State Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine) for professional activities on the securities market.
