“PIOGLOBAL Ukraine” Asset Management Company informs that according to the decision of the Securities and Stock Market State Commission from July, 01st 2009 №703 the prolongation of activity of JSC "CNCIF " Premium Fund " has been approved.
27.02.2009 The general shareholders' meeting of JSC "CNCIF " Premium Fund " by majority (99% of the present quorum) has decided to extend the duration of the Fund up to 21.06.2011. Until 30 March this year, all shareholders who wished to withdraw from the Fund were able to file the appropriate applications. The total number of shares submitted for redemption makes up 9 pc. or 0.9% of the shares. The Company reminds that all payments to shareholders will be held till August 21, 2009
