At the General Assembly of the “Sokrat” Asset Management Company, participants took a decision in aims of optimizing the company’s management structure – amendments were made to the company’s Statutes, related to re-naming the title of the ‘General Director’ to ‘Executive Director’.
The post of Executive Director is occupied by Grigoriy Ovcharenko, who has more than ten years of professional management experience in major international and Ukrainian companies, including terms with Reckitt-Benkiser, RJ Reynolds, and “Duncan”. For five years, he headed the Ukrainian office of the “Altadis” Company. His professional experience includes establishing and managing companies, including the development of strategies, market analysis and operational management. Grigoriy Ovcharenko obtained his education in economics and engineering. He earned his MBA at the Institute of International Business Relations, Kassel University, from which he graduated with honors in 2006.
