“PIOGLOBAL Ukraine” Asset Management Company informs, that according to the decision of Securities and Stock Market State Commission from July, 23d 2009 №655, ODMIF “Premium-Fund of the Monetary market" is declared failed.
In conjunction with the decision, “PIOGLOBAL Ukraine” Asset Management Company carries out calculations with participants of mutal funds, proprietors of investment certificates of the Fund. Calculations, according to the laws of Ukraine,are made by net asset value in anticipation of one investment fund certificates for date of decision-making to the termination of the Fund, i. e. on July 8th 2009.
Since this date the net asset value of one investment certificate ODMIF “Premium-Fund of the Monetary market" was 878.58 UAH, it’s below the nominal value of the investment certificate, then according to the laws of Ukraine the calculation is carried at their nominal value - 1000, 00 UAH.
