«PIOGLOBAL Ukraine» Asset Management Company developed an additional page «Secondary market», which is an electronic marketplace, working in the offline mode, where «quotations» of shares of the closed-end funds(*), put up for sale by owners, and also bids of persons interested to purchase them at certain price, are represented.
For placing on the site of request for sale or purchase of securities of the closed-end funds, it is necessary to fill information in a section «Add a lot». After reviewing the information brought in by you, your request will be «hung» out in the section «electronic marketplace».
For a purchase or sale of securities, indicated in the requests placed on the page, it is necessary in the section «electronic marketplace» to choose the request that you are interested in and fill in the proper form. Thereafter a manager of Sokrat Asset Management will contact with you for agreement of terms and conditions of the transaction.
The standard terms of transaction suppose payment during 2 bank days after signing of sale agreement. In its turn, delivery of securities is carried out during 2 bank days from the moment of payment. Transactions initiated through the electronic marketplace on the site, are effected by the entitled broker. A commission of broker holds out from a salesman in size of 2% from the sum of transaction, but no less than 300 hryvnyas.
