Regulations

Pursuant to the law of Ukraine on joint investment institutions (unit and corporate funds), the rules of an investment fund are represented by a fundamental document that determines the activities of the fund.

The most important issues determined by the rules include:

type and duration of the fund;

—

main areas of investment;

—

limitations with respect to investment categories and objects;

—

procedure for determining the value of the fund’s net assets;

—

amount of remuneration paid to the management company and procedure for covering current expenses; and

—

procedure for the distribution of profits to the owners of the fund's securities.

Emission Prospectus

Pursuant to the law of Ukraine on joint investment institutions (unit and corporate funds), the prospectus for the issue of a fund’s participating interests is a document containing information on the public offering of fund securities.

The most important issues determined by the prospectus include:

type and duration of the fund;

—

quantity, type, form of issue and par value of the securities;

—

planned selling rate;

—

dates of commencement and completion of the initial offering; and

—

due date and procedure for payment of dividends.
