Regulations

The regulations of an investment fund, in accordance with the law of Ukraine on collective investment institutes (unit investment and corporate funds), is the principal document determining the fund’s operation.

The most important issues determined by the regulations are:

Type and duration of the fund;

—

Principal investment directions;

—

Limitations regarding investment categories and items;

—

The procedure for determining the fund’s net asset value;

—

Remuneration amount to the management company and procedure for covering current expenses;

—

Procedure for payment of profit to holders of the fund’s securities.

Emission Prospectus

Pursuant to the law of Ukraine on joint investment institutions (unit and corporate funds), the prospectus for the issue of participating interests in a fund is a document containing information on the public offering of the fund’s securities.

The most important issues determined by the prospectus include:

type and duration of the fund;

—

quantity, type, form of issue and par value of the securities;

—

planned selling rate;

—

dates of commencement and completion of the initial offering;

—

due date and procedure for payment of dividends.
