Pursuant to the law of Ukraine on joint investment institutions (unit and corporate funds), the rules of a corporate fund represent a fundamental document that determines the activities of the fund.

The most important issues determined by the rules include:

type and lifetime of the fund;

—

main areas of investments;

—

limitations with respect to investment categories and objects;

—

procedure for determining the value of net assets of the fund;

—

amount of remuneration paid to the management company and procedure for covering current expenses; and

—

procedure for distribution of profits to the owners of securities of the fund.

Emission Prospectus

Pursuant to the law of Ukraine on joint investment institutions (unit and corporate funds), the prospectus for the issue of securities of a fund is a document containing information on the public offering of fund securities.

The most important issues determined by the prospectus include:

type and duration of the fund;

—

quantity, type, form of issue and par value of the securities;

—

planned selling rate;

—

dates of commencement and completion of the initial offering; and

—

due date and procedure for payment of dividends.
