Regulations

The regulations of an investment fund, in accordance with the law of Ukraine on collective investment institutes (unit investment and corporate funds), is the principal document determining the fund’s operation.

The most important issues determined by the regulations are:

Type and duration of the fund;

—

Principal investment directions;

—

Limitations regarding investment categories and items;

—

The procedure for determining the fund’s net asset value;

—

Remuneration amount to the management company and procedure for covering current expenses;

—

Procedure for payment of profit to holders of the fund’s securities.

Emission Prospectus

The offering memorandum of a fund’s shares, in accordance with the law of Ukraine on collective investment institutes (unit investment and corporate funds), is a document containing information regarding open subscription to the fund’s securities.

The most important issues determined by the memorandum are:

Type and duration of the fund;

Number, type, issuing form and par value of securities;

—

Planned selling rate;

—

Initial placement opening and closing dates;

—

Term and procedure for payment of dividends.
