The procedural rules of an investment fund, according to the law of Ukraine on co-investment institutes (mutual and corporate funds), is the main document that governs the activities of the fund.

The main points defined by the procedural rules are the following:

type and life cycle of the fund;

—

main fields of investment;

—

restrictions related to categories and objects of investment;

—

order of calculating the cost of the fund’s net assets;

—

amount of compensation for the management company and the order of compensating operating expenses;

—

order of profit payment to the owners of the fund’s securities.

Emission Prospectus

The issue prospectus of a fund’s shares, according to the law of Ukraine on institutes of co-investment (mutual and corporate funds), is a document that contains information on public subscription to the fund’s securities.

The main points defined by the issue prospectus are the following:

type and life cycle of the fund;

—

number, type, form of issue and face value of securities;

—

planned selling rate;

—

date of beginning and end of initial offering;

—

term and order of dividend payment.
