Rules

Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Joint Investment Institutions (Unit and Corporate Funds)”, the rules of a corporate fund represent a fundamental document that determines the activities of the fund.

The most important issues determined by the rules include:

type and lifetime of the fund;

—

main areas of investments;

—

limitations with respect to investment categories and objects;

—

procedure for determining the value of the fund’s net assets;

—

amount of remuneration paid to the management company and procedure for covering current expenses;

—

procedure for distribution of profits to the fund’s securities owners.

Offering Prospectus

Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Joint Investment Institutions (Unit and Corporate Funds), a prospectus for the issue of a fund’s securities is a document containing information on the public offering of the fund’s securities.

The most important issues determined by the prospectus include:

type and lifetime of the fund;

—

quantity, type, form of issue and par value of the securities;

—

planned selling rate;

—

dates of commencement and completion of the initial offering; and

—

due date and procedure for the payment of dividends.
