We attentively review and try to most efficiently structure each individual investment project.

Entering a project usually occurs as a result of:

change of shareholders or withdrawal of a part of former shareholders from the project;

—

attraction of share capital for the further development of the company;

—

consolidation of business (mergers and acquisitions);

—

investment in restructuring of companies that experience financial difficulties.

Main investment criteria:

—

Amount of investment in individual project from USD 1,000,000 to 10,000,000;

—

Investment horizon 3-5 years;

—

IRR no less than 30%.

We consider options of acquiring holdings or interests from blocking to controlling while investing in a single project from USD 1,000,000 to 10,000,000. For bigger projects, we consider opportunities of joint investment with Ukrainian and foreign partners.
